Services
Everything between the phone call and the cleared floor
We bring the crew and the cutting equipment, work to the shift window you give us, and leave you with a slip, an invoice and an empty bay.
What we do
Site visit and valuation
We look at the material before we put a number on it. Send photos on WhatsApp and we will come back with a rate. We do not publish a minimum. Anything we cannot price from photographs we would rather come and see, because a rate given blind is a rate that gets revised at the gate.
- Visits across Dadri and the areas around it, set for a day that suits your gate
- A rate per grade, in writing, with every deduction named and explained
- The quote is yours to keep — take it to your management, or to another buyer
Dismantling and cutting
Structures, tanks, machines and sheds cut down and taken out. Cutting sets, tools, slings and labour come with the job, so you do not need to arrange them. We plan the sequence before we start, so a shed comes down in an order that keeps people clear of it.
- Gas cutting, shearing and controlled dismantling of structures, vessels and plant
- A method statement and a named supervisor can be put in place for work inside a running unit
- Debris cleared and the floor swept before we leave — that is part of the job, not an extra
Labour and loading
Our labour loads the lot, so you do not have to pull people off the line to help. How the material travels is settled at the quote, once we both know the weight and the heaviest single piece.
- Loading labour comes with the job, not as a separate charge
- Heavy pieces are cut down to a size that can be handled before anything is moved
- Lifting slots timed around your production shift so your gate stays clear
Weighment and paperwork
Loads are weighed on a public weighbridge, not on our own scale, and the printed slip goes to you with the invoice. Check our GSTIN on the GST portal before you deal with us. If you would rather use a particular weighbridge, name it and we will route the vehicle through it.
- Tare and gross slip for every vehicle, with the vehicle number printed on it
- GST invoice under GSTIN 09ANCPM1270H1Z4, with an e-way bill wherever the value calls for one
- Grade-wise weight breakup, so a mixed load is never settled at a single blended rate
Monthly and annual contracts
For units that generate scrap week after week. An agreed lifting schedule, one number to call, and rates and terms set down in writing before the first lift.
- Agreed pickup days, so material never sits in your yard waiting for someone to remember it
- Rates and the basis for revising them written into the contract, not settled by phone each lift
- A marked collection point agreed at the start, so scrap does not stack up wherever there is room
Auction lots and bulk tenders
We bid on plant auctions, closure sales and departmental tenders, and we plan the clearance around the lifting window the seller sets. A lot that is lifted late costs the seller more than the bid was worth.
- Deposit, bid documentation and lot inspection handled at our end
- Lifting planned against the tender period rather than left to the last days of it
- Mixed lots graded at inspection, so the bid reflects what is actually in the lot
How it works
From your first call to a settled lot
The same four steps whether the lot is a drum of turnings or a shed coming down.
Tell us what you have
Call +91 93185 70742, send photos on WhatsApp, or fill the enquiry form. A rough weight and the location is enough to start a conversation.
We look, then we quote
Small lots we can price from photos. For anything sizeable we come out and see it, grade it in front of you, and give you a rate per grade with the deductions written down.
We cut, lift and weigh
Cutting and loading come with the job, so you do not need to arrange them. Loads are weighed on a public weighbridge, not on our own scale, and the printed slip stays with you.
We invoice and settle
Invoice, e-way bill and payment on the terms agreed in writing before we load. The material goes out and the space you cleared stays clear.
Who we work with
The people who call us
Factories and production units
Turnings, offcuts, rejects and packaging arriving every week. Can be set up as a fortnightly or monthly collection with a fixed lifting day.
Fabrication and engineering workshops
Drops, end pieces, weld test coupons and grinding swarf. Sorted by grade at our end so a stainless job is not paid at a mild steel rate.
Construction and infrastructure sites
Rebar offcuts, shuttering plate, staging, site steel and demolition metal, cleared before handover so the snag list does not include a scrap pile.
Warehouses, logistics and packaging units
Cartons, pallets, strapping, drums, damaged racking and returns. Lifted on an agreed schedule so the loading bay stays a loading bay.
Offices, IT companies and institutions
End-of-life computers, furniture, UPS banks and record archives. Taken away as one lot, with what is collected written down as it is loaded.
Traders, dealers and auction winners
Bulk lots bought outright, or lifted and cleared on your behalf when you have won a lot and the window is tighter than your crew.
